  The male shop assistant yelled at me and expressed aggression to me today when I came to the shop this morning. I simply asked that if the price was mark rightly since the dress I bought was on the marked down rack. I wasn't rude, I wasn't snapping at him. Though, this is when he called me rude and insensitive, claiming it wasn't hard to say "thank you" or "please" and he hadn't heard any manners from me yet. He pretty much snapped at me. I was so taken back by this. The female assistant didn't seem to help or comment even though this is definitely not how you treat a young customer. I felt so little against them and wasn't that sure why he was so rude. It has made me scared to go in there again and I certainly won't. I hope something is done about it. Thanks

  Lots of clothes but when trying to get something off the top hanger, I wasn't helped. I turned to look for someone and both boys just looked at me and continued to talk. Then when in changing room, it was very untidy. A pile of clothing and hangers on top of what looked like a box of stock and the changing rooms themselves had hangers and other clothes just lying around.
